2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older and the parent or legal guardian of the child receiving services.

  • Schools, institutions, and professionals using our services must ensure that all information shared is accurate and authorized.

3. Scope of Services

Insighte offers a range of child mental health and inclusive education services, including:

  • Child counselling and therapy (online and offline)

  • Shadow teacher / learning support assistant services

  • Homecare therapy including special education, play-based support, remedial sessions, and behaviour therapy

  • School inclusion programs and audits

  • Training programs for parents, educators, and therapists

4. Child Safety & Privacy

Your child’s safety and well-being are our top priority:

  • We collect only the information necessary to provide care.

  • All session details, reports, and assessments are confidential and shared only with authorized parents or guardians.

  • In cases where there is imminent risk of harm to the child or others, we may share relevant information with guardians or authorities to ensure safety.

5. Data Protection

  • All personal data is securely stored and protected using encryption and restricted access.

  • Parents have the right to view, update, or request deletion of their child’s information.

  • We comply with industry best practices for handling sensitive child-related data.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • Pricing for services is shared transparently during onboarding.

  • Payments can be made via UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed based on Insighte’s refund policy and communicated clearly before service initiation.

7. Transportation & Service Delivery

  • For homecare therapy and shadow teacher services, our specialists may travel to your location.

  • Travel costs are included unless otherwise specified during onboarding.

  • We ensure seamless replacements if a therapist or educator is unavailable to avoid disruption.

8. User Responsibilities

When using Insighte’s services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

  • Respect the privacy and professionalism of therapists, educators, and counsellors.

  • Use content and resources provided by Insighte for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Insighte’s platform — including reports, assessments, resources, logos, and guides — is the intellectual property of Insighte. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality care, Insighte does not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

  • Services are support-focused and should not replace medical advice from licensed healthcare providers where required.

11. Changes to Terms

Insighte may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
