Michel is a counselling psychologist with an M.Sc. Psychology (clinical specialisation) and certifications in ADHD strategies, positive psychology, and Mental Health. She has 2 years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals and their families. Her experience spans supporting individuals through anxiety, stress, emotional challenges, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, and neurodiversity-affirming support using a strength-based approach.
Michel is a compassionate and dedicated Counselling Psychologist currently working at INSIGHTE, where she specializes in supporting neurodivergent children, adults and their families.
Over her 2+ years of experience, Michel has worked extensively with children and adults facing Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Epilepsy, Anxiety, and Relationship concerns. She provides comprehensive support through one-on-one therapeutic sessions, shadow teaching, psychological assessments, and family psychoeducation. Her clinical training includes an internship at Bangalore Neuro Centre, where she conducted psychological assessments and provided therapeutic services under the supervision of licensed neuropsychologists and psychiatrists, achieving client satisfaction. She has also contributed to research on mental wellness challenges and solution-focused therapy approaches.
