Counselling Psychologist

Nikita Nath

Every child has a unique way of seeing and experiencing the world — and sometimes, they need a little extra support to thrive. I’m here to create a safe, empathetic, and structured space where children can express themselves, develop essential life skills, and reach their potential while empowering caregivers to play an active role in their journey.

I hold an M.Sc in Psychology (Clinical Specialization) and am currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology. With 6+ years of experience, I specialize in working with neurodiverse children, including those diagnosed with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Down Syndrome, Learning Disabilities, and Cerebral Palsy.

My approach combines Humanistic and Cognitive Behavioural principles, along with sensory integration strategiesand the TEACCH approach, to create individualized therapeutic plans that focus on each child’s strengths.

Beyond therapy, I’m passionate about mental health awareness and contribute as a content creator and researcher, authoring articles and papers on parenting, behavioural challenges, internet addiction, and autism.
