I hold an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and bring 2+ years of experience supporting children, teenagers, and adults, including those who are neurodivergent. I am also a certified Art Therapy practitioner, integrating creative, expressive techniques with evidence-based counselling approaches to make therapy engaging and transformative.

My sessions are designed to help clients manage anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges, build self-esteem, and develop healthy coping skills. I believe that therapy should empower individuals to understand themselves better and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
