oin Insighte and work closely with children, parents, and schools to create inclusive classrooms. As an Assistant Child Psychologist / LSA, you’ll provide one-on-one support to children with diverse learning and emotional needs, helping them thrive in mainstream school environments.

Responsibilities
Provide individualized classroom support to children with neurodiverse needs (Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, etc.).
Assist in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and daily progress tracking.
Collaborate with teachers, counsellors, and parents to create an inclusive learning environment.
Support children’s academic, emotional, and social development through structured interventions.
Attend trainings and supervision sessions led by senior psychologists.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology, Special Education, or related fields.
Strong passion for working with children and supporting neurodiversity.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Prior internships or experience in schools, therapy, or child counselling preferred.
