As a Microschool Facilitator, you will guide and mentor students through personalized learning journeys, helping them explore, create, and collaborate in a strengths-based, inclusive environment. You’ll act as a learning architect rather than a traditional teacher — designing experiences, curating resources, and supporting each child’s unique learning style while fostering curiosity and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate project-based learning experiences across STEAM, design thinking, and maker-based activities.
Guide students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
Create a safe, inclusive environment for neurodivergent learners, ensuring their individual strengths are celebrated.
Support personalized learning paths aligned with each child’s interests, abilities, and goals.
Collaborate with parents, mentors, and psychologists to track progress and co-design interventions when needed.
Maintain documentation, session notes, and portfolios for each learner.
Organize workshops, showcases, and exhibitions to present student-led projects.
