At Insighte, we are on a mission to empower children and families through personalized, in-home therapy and support. As a Homecare Therapist, you will work directly with children in their natural environments, providing interventions that enhance their emotional, social, behavioural, and academic growth. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, special educators, and therapists who collaborate to create individualized care plans for each child. This role is ideal for passionate professionals who believe in neuroaffirmative practices and want to make a real difference in children’s lives.
Deliver personalized in-home therapy for children with diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning delays, and emotional regulation challenges.
Implement and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), monthly goals, and tailored intervention strategies.
Provide services such as special education, behaviour therapy, play-based interventions, remedial support, and parent coaching.
Document and maintain daily session reports, progress updates, and structured reviews for parents and supervisors.
Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and therapists to ensure consistent strategies across home and school.
Attend regular training sessions and supervision meetings led by senior psychologists to upskill and refine therapeutic approaches.
Competitive Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
