As a Special Educator at Insighte, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), supporting children with learning differences, and working collaboratively with therapists, parents, and teachers to create inclusive learning environments.
* Assess and identify children’s learning needs and challenges using standardized tools and classroom observations
* Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs
* Deliver remedial sessions focused on literacy, numeracy, attention, behavior, and communication
* Modify curriculum and teaching strategies to accommodate learning differences
* Collaborate closely with school staff, parents, therapists, and other professionals
* Track and document progress through session notes and regular review meetings
* Provide regular feedback and training to caregivers and school teachers
* Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and parent case reviews
* Contribute to awareness-building sessions and inclusive classroom initiatives

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Special Education or Diploma in Special Education (RCI-certified preferred)
* Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, or other developmental conditions (minimum 1 year preferred)
* Knowledge of NIOS / open schooling and inclusive education frameworks is a plus
Work Timings & Locations
* Flexible scheduling based on school and client needs (Half-day / Full-day roles)
* Must be open to traveling to assigned school centers or client homes within the city
