I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, which allows me to combine psychological insights with practical medical knowledge, offering a holistic approach to mental health care. Over the past 3+ years, I’ve worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in ADHD, Autism, marital counselling, and adult mental health concerns.

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies with a deep understanding of both psychological and medical perspectives. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify strengths, build coping strategies, and set achievable goals that foster personal growth and resilience.
