You can book a free consultation via our website or by contacting our team directly.

Q9. How long does it take to get started?
In most cases, services begin within 3-5 working days after your consultation and onboarding.

Q10. Do you offer online counselling?
Yes! We provide online counselling sessions and remote therapy options for families preferring virtual support.

IV. Payments & Refunds

Q11. How do I pay for services?

  • All services are prepaid.

  • Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.

  • Invoices are automatically generated and emailed to you after payment.

Q12. Do you offer packages?
Yes! We offer monthly and long-term packages for shadow teachers, homecare therapy, and counselling at discounted rates.

Q13. What is your refund policy?

  • Refunds are available within 7 days if services haven’t started.

  • Partial refunds for used packages are not applicable.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Q14. Are there cancellation charges for counselling?

  • Free cancellation if done 24 hours before the session.

  • 50% charge if cancelled within 24 hours.

  • No-shows are considered consumed sessions.

Yes. All Insighte professionals are degree-qualified in psychology, special education, or child development and undergo:

Suzu AI is Insighte’s digital assistant that:

  • Answers child-friendly mental health questions

  • Integrates therapy scheduling and payments in one platform

Q19. How do you keep my data secure?

  • All personal data is encrypted and stored securely

  • Limited access to authorized professionals only

  • Compliance with child data protection best practices
