At Insighte, we strive to make our payment process transparent, simple, and secure. Please read this policy carefully to understand how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for our services.

1. Payment Terms

  • Prepaid Services: All Insighte services, including counselling, homecare therapy, shadow teachers, and packages, are offered on a prepaid basis.

  • Packages: We offer flexible packages for shadow teachers, homecare therapy, and counselling to suit your family’s needs.

  • Online Payments: Counselling sessions must be paid online before booking confirmation.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

You can make payments securely via:

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Mobile Wallets

Invoices are automatically generated and shared via email upon successful payment.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if services have not yet commenced.

  • Exclusions: Payments made for completed sessions, partially used packages, or cancelled sessions beyond the refund period are non-refundable.

  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

4. Late Payment Policy

  • Payments for ongoing services and packages must be made before the due date to avoid service disruption.

  • A late fee may be applicable if payment is delayed beyond the specified timeline.

5. Counselling Session Cancellations

  • Free Cancellation: Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full credit to your Insighte account.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

  • No-Show Policy: If a booked session is missed without prior notice, the session will be considered consumed and non-refundable.
