Agreement for using this site and our services
Terms of use
These terms apply when you use this website, send an enquiry, book a specialist, or take a service from Insighte. Please read them before you start. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the service.

1. Who you are contracting with
The site and the services are offered by Insighte Childcare Private Limited (“Insighte”, “we”, “us”). CIN U85100KL2022PTC075910. Registered office: Noble Dale, TRA 30, Thekkunoodu, Vanchiyoor P.O., Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695035, India. Operating desk: #620, AECS Layout, C Block, Brookefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037, India.
If you enquire as a parent or guardian, you contract for yourself and on behalf of the child. If you enquire as a school, you confirm you have authority to bind that institution.
2. What we offer, and what we do not
We offer shadow teaching and learning-support assistants in school, home care (special education, behavior therapy, play skills, and social skills), counselling, specialist sessions, and school-facing work such as inclusion support, audits, placements, and training. A description on a page is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer until we confirm in writing (including WhatsApp or email) the person, days, fee, and start date.
We do not provide:
- Emergency medical or psychiatric care, or a crisis hotline.
- A guaranteed diagnosis, board exam result, school admission, or a fixed timeline for “independence”.
- A substitute for the school’s duty of care during school hours.
- Legal advice, or a medical second opinion, through this website.
If a child is in immediate danger, call local emergency services or the police. Then tell us if you want us involved.
3. Enquiries and booking
The enquiry form asks for your name, WhatsApp, email, and location, and carries the service or specialist you came from. A slot you pick on a booking page is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we or the specialist write back. We may say a service is not the right fit. We may offer home care or counselling instead of a shadow teacher, or the other way around.
School placements also need the school’s permission, police verification, and any paperwork the campus requires. Delay or refusal by a school is outside our control. Fees already agreed still follow the written plan unless we cancel.
4. Fees, invoices, and cancellation
Fees are as stated in the written plan or invoice. They may be monthly (for classroom support) or per session (for counselling or a specialist). Taxes apply as required. Late payment may pause the service after notice.
Cancel or reschedule a session with the notice we gave you in the plan (if none is stated, at least one clear working day). Late cancels may still be charged. If we cancel, we will offer another slot or a credit. Refunds, if any, are to the original method and exclude days already delivered.
We do not take a hidden placement fee to “introduce” a person and then disappear.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Give information that is true and current, and tell us when the school or the child’s needs change.
- Be the parent or guardian, or a school with the family’s authority, when you share a child’s data.
- Keep a responsible adult at home during a home session, unless we have agreed another safe arrangement.
- Not ask our people to use force, humiliation, or “compliance training” that we have said we will not do.
- Not record a session, or photograph a child who is not yours, without consent of everyone who should give it.
- Pay on time, and treat our people with ordinary courtesy on campus and at home.
6. Our people in a school
A shadow teacher or LSA is there to help your child stay in the day. The school remains responsible for the class, for other children, and for its own safeguarding. We do not accept liability for the school’s decisions, for a teacher’s conduct, or for an injury we did not cause. If the school withdraws permission, the placement ends.
We may replace the assigned person if they are unwell, leave, or are not the right match. We will tell you. We may end a placement if it is unsafe, if invoices stay unpaid, or if the work is being used as unsupervised babysitting against our model.
7. Website content
Guides, blogs, and service pages are general information. They are not a personal assessment. Do not treat a page as a diagnosis or a promise. We may correct or remove content at any time.
The site, marks, and copy belong to Insighte or our licensors. You may share a page link. You may not copy the site to run a competing service.
8. Privacy and safeguarding
How we use personal data is in the Privacy notice. How we handle harm, reporting, and adult conduct is in Safeguarding. Those pages form part of these terms.
9. No warranty, and limit of our liability
We work with care and with supervision. Progress still depends on the child, the school, the home, and time. We do not warrant a particular outcome, a fading date, or that a school will keep a placement.
To the fullest extent Indian law allows, Insighte is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost school days, lost admission, or distress) that we did not cause by wilful default or proven negligence. Our total liability for a claim arising from a paid service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Indian law does not let us limit, including for proven fraud, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify Insighte and our people against claims that arise because you gave us false authority, false facts, or access you did not have the right to give, or because you published a child’s data we sent only to you.
11. Ending the relationship
You may stop a service by writing to us, subject to the notice and fees in the plan. We may stop a service on notice if continuing would be unsafe, unlawful, unpaid, or outside the scope we agreed. Sections on fees already due, privacy, liability, and disputes survive.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. For an active paid plan, a material change that hurts you will not apply to that plan unless we tell you and you continue after a reasonable chance to stop.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory right you have to approach a consumer commission or other forum the law gives you.
First write to care@insighte.in and try to settle. We prefer that to a fight.
